IndustrialSource provides a business-to-business directory and inquiry platform. IndustrialSource is not a manufacturer, supplier, buyer, distributor, broker, agent, or party to transactions between users.
A listing, badge, search position, or presence on IndustrialSource does not constitute certification, endorsement, verification, or a guarantee of a supplier's identity, capabilities, products, services, quality, compliance, or performance. Users must perform their own due diligence.
Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, respect intellectual-property and privacy rights, and avoid spam, fraud, malware, automated abuse, misleading claims, or unlawful content.
Buyers and suppliers are solely responsible for quotations, specifications, pricing, contracts, payment, delivery, quality, warranties, regulatory compliance, export/import requirements, and disputes.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content for publication, you grant IndustrialSource a non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, format, and display it as necessary to operate and promote your listing or the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndustrialSource is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the directory, reliance on listing information, user communications, or third-party transactions.
