Free supplier listings do not involve a listing fee and therefore do not qualify for a payment refund.
When paid Premium listings become available, the applicable price and subscription period will be shown before payment. Payment does not guarantee inquiries, leads, contracts, traffic, or sales.
You may request cancellation through the Contact page. Cancellation stops future renewal where renewal applies, but does not automatically create a refund for a listing period already purchased.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be assessed according to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or services IndustrialSource is unable to provide may be reviewed for correction or refund.
