IndustrialSource may collect information you provide through supplier listings, profile claims, quote requests, contact forms, and other website forms, including your name, company name, business email, phone number, website, company details, requirements, and messages.
We use information to operate the directory, process supplier applications and profile claims, route buyer inquiries, respond to requests, administer listings, maintain security, improve the website, and communicate about requested services.
When you submit an inquiry to a supplier, the information you provide may be shared with that supplier so they can respond. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, or sensitive information unless you are comfortable sharing it with the intended supplier.
Approved supplier profile information may be displayed publicly. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate and that they have rights to provide logos, images, brochures, trademarks, and other materials.
We may use third-party providers for database hosting, file storage, email delivery, website hosting, security, analytics, and payment processing.
We retain information as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You may contact us to request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal, security, recordkeeping, and legitimate business requirements.
IndustrialSource is operated from India and is intended primarily to connect buyers with industrial suppliers serving the U.S. market. Information may therefore be processed or stored in countries other than your own.
IndustrialSource is a business-to-business service and is not intended for children.
