Check delivery location, requested schedule, quotation due date, packaging expectations, certifications, inspection documentation, material certificates, traceability, testing, and first-article requirements where applicable.
Make sure attachments are readable and use consistent revision levels, and identify a technical contact who can answer supplier questions.
