Review drawings, revision levels, materials, quantities, tolerances, finishing, inspection requirements, certifications, packaging, and delivery expectations before pricing. Ask for clarification when important information is missing.
State unit price or pricing structure, minimum quantities, tooling or setup charges, lead time, quotation validity, payment terms, and freight assumptions. Clearly identify technical exceptions or proposed alternatives.
